Making a return with EPILSHINE is super easy: you can return your purchase from your nearest post office and participating tobacconists. To do so, simply send an email to info@EPILSHINE.com and we will give you all the directions for making the return.

We kindly ask that you return the item to us within 30 days from the delivery date of your order (or from when it was available for pickup).

RETURNING AN ITEM TO RECEIVE A REFUND

We know this too, sometimes it happens that you are not satisfied with your purchases and what we want is just to receive back the amount you spent. Provided the item is still in its original condition, we accept the return of items, according to the following rules.

An item returned within 30 days from the day the package was delivered or was available for pickup will be refunded in full on the same payment method used to place the order.

The cost of returning the item is to be paid in full by the requester. If an exchange is made, we will remain responsible for shipping.

We are committed to refunding you within 14 days of receipt of the item at our warehouse.

If you intend to request a refund within the above time periods but are unable to make the return for some reason, please contact us keeping in mind that in this case the refund will be at our sole discretion.

All returned items are thoroughly checked once received at the warehouse.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Items you intend to return remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please pack them carefully to prevent damage in transit.

For the same reason, be sure to always ask for the shipping receipt of your returns in case we need to show it later (it is free of charge from the post office as well as from other authorized centers).

If you intend to return items belonging to different orders, please ship them in separate packages with the items divided by each order.
